    Description:

    Hiring for a Customer Service Manager / Head of Contact Centre.

    Minimum of 5-7 years managerial experience in the UAE (preferably in a #E-commerce, #Call Centre, Customer Service).

    Responsibilities:

    Ensure the highest levels of collaboration between all teams responsible for #Service Delivery (Production, #Distribution, #Finance ,#Sales and Customer Service agents),

    Continuously upgrade the #Customer Service / #Account Management Process and use of #CRM. Where possible utilize technology to automate processes.

    Monitor E-commerce developments and contribute towards strategies that ensure that organization remains an innovative technology driven organization,
