You’ll handle outbound calls and chat support, help customers with inquiries, promote products and services, and keep the customer experience positive — with real opportunities for career growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers professionally
- Provide chat support accurately and efficiently
- Promote products, services, and offers based on customer needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet quality standards, productivity goals, and performance targets
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Handle customer concerns with timely solutions
Requirements:
- Strong spoken and written English and Arabic
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Able to manage outbound calls and chat support effectively
- Positive, adaptable attitude with willingness to learn
- Previous customer service, outbound sales, telesales, or call center experience an advantage
- Comfortable in a dynamic, target-driven environment
