GSS Tech Group is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer for its Technology Engineering team in Dubai. Ideal for a skilled professional strong in DevOps practices, cloud-native technologies, automation, and enterprise infrastructure who can support Agile teams building reliable, scalable platforms.
You’ll design, implement, and manage modern DevOps environments, drive automation, improve engineering processes, and maintain highly available delivery platforms — with the chance to work on advanced cloud technologies and DevSecOps in a dynamic enterprise setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage DevOps platforms and automation frameworks
- Support Agile delivery teams with scalable solutions
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps practices
- Manage containerized environments using Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Monitor system performance and maintain high-availability environments
- Integrate DevSecOps practices into the development lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes and reliability
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with containers and orchestration platforms
- Expertise in Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD automation
- Experience with GitOps and Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and DevSecOps integration
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in Agile environments
