HR Executive

Global Talent Resources is looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join a dynamic organization in Dubai. A great fit for an HR professional passionate about talent acquisition, recruitment, and helping high-performing teams grow.

You’ll manage the recruitment lifecycle, coordinate onboarding, maintain HR documentation, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, while working with recruitment agencies and hiring managers and supporting GCC and overseas hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation
• Maintain HR records and prepare recruitment reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policy
• Coordinate GCC and overseas recruitment activities
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple recruitment assignments at once
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Familiarity with UAE Labour Law an advantage
