TRIO CAFE UAE is looking for an experienced Multi-Unit Head Chef to oversee culinary operations across its café locations. A leadership role for a passionate culinary professional with a strong track record managing multiple outlets while maintaining top-tier food quality and standards.
You’ll lead kitchen teams, oversee breakfast, pastry, and bakery menus, ensure food safety compliance, and drive consistency across locations. A valid UAE Driving Licence is required since the role involves regular travel between branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead culinary operations across multiple café outlets
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee breakfast, pastry, and bakery menu development
- Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff
- Maintain HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Monitor kitchen performance and drive operational improvements
- Travel between stores to support daily operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing culinary operations across multiple outlets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience overseeing breakfast, pastry, and bakery menus
- Solid understanding of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Ability to manage multiple locations while keeping standards high
- Valid UAE Driving Licence mandatory
- Passion for specialty café concepts
