    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical assistance through phone, email, remote support, and on-site visits
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues
    • Install, configure, and maintain systems and technical equipment
    • Resolve customer complaints and technical concerns professionally
    • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions
    • Coordinate with technical teams for escalations and advanced troubleshooting
    • Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships
    • Assist in system testing, maintenance, and operational support
    • Monitor recurring issues and suggest process improvements

    Requirements

    • Experience in customer support or technical support roles
    • Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and within a team
    • Good organizational and time management abilities
    • Technical certifications or related training are an advantage
