Job Overview

SLM Interior Decoration LLC is hiring an E-commerce Operations Executive to support and manage online retail operations across multiple digital sales channels. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across e-commerce platforms, customer support, and operational coordination.

The selected candidate will contribute to order fulfillment, inventory monitoring, marketplace management, and digital growth initiatives for a growing furniture and interior brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across multiple online platforms
• Handle product listings, catalog updates, and inventory maintenance
• Process orders, prepare invoices, and coordinate shipment activities
• Monitor stock availability with warehouse teams
• Provide customer support through email, WhatsApp, and online channels
• Manage listings and operations across Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and WooCommerce
• Coordinate promotional campaigns with the marketing team
• Track sales performance and prepare operational reports
• Update website content and maintain product data accuracy
• Monitor payment processing and support transaction management

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Noon
• Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capability

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SEO and digital visibility strategies
• Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Shopify store management experience
• Familiarity with AI image generation tools
• Experience using Canva or product image editing tools
• Background in furniture, interiors, or retail industry
• Experience handling online customer service and support
