    Job Description:

    As the ERP SalesDirector, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our quarterly and annual sales targets. Here’s a glimpse of your key responsibilities:

    Sales Leadership:

    • Develop and manage sales cycles from lead to closure.
    • Showcase strong communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face, and deliver professional sales presentations.

    Relationship Management:

    • Create strong and effective stakeholder relationships.
    • Build and maintain the sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring monthly forecasting accuracy.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Develop strategic account plans for sustainable growth.
    • Qualify sales opportunities to optimize the use of pre-sales and consulting resources.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with marketing to develop lead generation campaigns and target specific verticals.
    • Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response to competitors’ moves.

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
