Superone Solutions Technical Services in Dubai is hiring a precise and technically confident Estimation Engineer to strengthen its project delivery team. If you have UAE experience in fit-out, renovation, joinery, or MEP estimating and can hit the ground running, this role is worth exploring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate cost estimates for fit-out, renovation, joinery, and MEP projects.
- Carry out quantity take-offs from project drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tender submissions.
- Break down project requirements, material costs, and labour expenses.
- Obtain competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Provide precise budgeting and estimation data to support project planning.
- Maintain estimation records in line with company standards.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of UAE estimating experience, specifically in fit-out, renovation, joinery, and MEP.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
