Abdalla Alowais Advocates and Legal Consultants L.L.C S.O.C is looking for an experienced, highly organized Executive Assistant to support its Legal Director in Business Bay, Dubai. This role suits a professional who can manage executive-level responsibilities with discretion in a fast-paced legal setting, coordinating schedules, documentation, and communication across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Legal Director
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, organize, and maintain confidential documents and correspondence
- Coordinate communication with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and business documents
- Maintain accurate filing systems and administrative records
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes as needed
- Keep daily executive and office operations running smoothly
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Secretary
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential matters
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment is an advantage
