Zanaya Shipping Services LLC in Sajja, Sharjah is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Export Operations Executive to manage export processes, arrange container bookings, handle shipping documentation, and coordinate with clients, carriers, and customs authorities for smooth, timely cargo movement.
You’ll need solid freight forwarding or logistics experience along with strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures.
What you’ll do:
- Arrange container bookings with shipping lines and logistics agents
- Request, evaluate, and compare freight quotations from service providers
- Prepare, review, and verify export documentation including SI, BL, ED, and related paperwork
- Coordinate with clients, carriers, and customs authorities on shipment requirements
- Track shipments and ensure timely, efficient delivery
- Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports
- Support daily export operations and resolve shipment issues as they arise
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Strong knowledge of export/import procedures and Incoterms
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
