Ennismore, the creative hospitality company within Accor’s Luxury & Lifestyle division, is looking for a talented Development Intern to join its Business Development team in Dubai.
This is a hands-on internship where you’ll gain real exposure to hotel and F&B development, investment analysis, and global market research — working alongside a dynamic team that builds some of the world’s most exciting lifestyle hotel brands.
What you’ll do:
- Support hotel contract reviews, feasibility studies, and investment analysis for new hotel and F&B projects globally
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking across key markets
- Help create compelling investor-facing presentations and development proposals
- Contribute to real estate valuation reviews and financial modelling exercises
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, design, and F&B teams
- Help prepare internal strategy reports and development tracking tools
What you’ll bring:
- Prior experience in hotel and/or restaurant operations
- Knowledge of market research, feasibility studies, and valuation in the hospitality and real estate sectors
- Strong aesthetic and design sensibility with the ability to create visually engaging presentations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent report writing skills
- A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to manage deadlines and multitask under pressure
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
