Finishing Works Foreman

Sembol Construction, an internationally recognized contractor with a strong track record across Turkey and globally, is looking for an experienced Finishing Works Foreman to oversee all finishing activities on its construction sites in Dubai.

You’ll lead a team of skilled workers and subcontractors, manage daily site activities, and ensure all finishing works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise and coordinate finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, and related tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all site activities
• Schedule and monitor daily activities to achieve project milestones and deadlines
• Manage and lead a team of skilled workers and subcontractors in finishing activities
• Inspect works in progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions promptly
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure specifications and expectations are met
• Maintain accurate documentation and site reports related to finishing works
• Train and mentor junior staff to build skills and improve productivity

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in finishing works within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of finishing processes, materials, and quality standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct workers
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Solid understanding of site safety regulations
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
• A valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel to different site locations
