Finance Controller

Rydberg Consultants is seeking an experienced Finance Controller for a Dubai-based opportunity, overseeing financial management, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and management information.
• Develop and strengthen financial policies, controls, and operational processes.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
• 12–14 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a trading company is preferred.
• UAE, GCC, or international experience will be considered an advantage.
