Momentum is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead its sales team and support the company’s continued business growth in the consulting/corporate services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or team management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
