Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and ensure a smooth and professional check-in and check-out experience.
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing guest requests and inquiries.
- Manage front office operations and coordinate daily hospitality activities.
- Maintain high service standards in line with 4 and 5 star hotel expectations.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Previous experience working in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
