An experienced Freelance Creative Lead is required for an exciting three-month project with an events and experiential design company in Dubai. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives leading teams, shaping innovative concepts, and delivering high-impact projects in the events, exhibitions, or immersive technology space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative team throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Develop innovative concepts and creative solutions for all project deliverables.
- Keep projects on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared project objectives.
- Provide creative direction and hands-on support through design and execution phases.
Requirements: Proven experience in events, exhibitions, experiential design, or immersive technology; strong creative leadership and team management skills; availability to work from the Dubai office 3–4 days per week; excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Freelance/3-month contract engagement.
