Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and service booking requests
- Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and update booking systems
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups effectively
Requirements
- Professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication skills in English
- Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and email handling
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good understanding of customer service practices and office coordination
