    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and service booking requests
    • Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
    • Maintain accurate customer records and update booking systems
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups effectively

    Requirements

    • Professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude
    • Strong communication skills in English
    • Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles
    • Basic computer skills including MS Office and email handling
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Good understanding of customer service practices and office coordination
