Front Office Agent

Mileo The Palm is looking for a professional, customer-focused Front Office Agent (Female) to join its hospitality team in Dubai, welcoming guests and managing front desk operations to a luxury hotel standard.

You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience throughout their stay. Opera PMS knowledge is required and previous 4- or 5-star hotel experience is essential.

• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and genuine warmth
• Handle front office operations efficiently and maintain high service standards
• Deliver exceptional guest service throughout every stage of the guest journey
• Maintain a polished and professional image at all times
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Opera PMS (mandatory)
