A leading fashion retail company in Dubai is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Associate with a genuine passion for fashion and visual merchandising to join its growing retail team.
You’ll help create an engaging and well-presented shopping experience, assist customers in selecting products, hit sales targets, and contribute to a strong team environment. Dubai retail experience is a distinct advantage.
What you’ll do:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Assist customers with product selection and outfit styling
- Support innovative visual merchandising to enhance store appeal
- Maintain attractive product displays in line with brand standards
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Operate the POS system efficiently
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in fashion retail and visual merchandising
- A passion for fashion and current industry trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Dubai retail experience is a plus
