Job Overview
PEAKSY Adventure Park & Family Restaurant is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead overall operations across its adventure park and restaurant divisions. This role requires a strong leader capable of driving business performance, operational excellence, and high levels of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the adventure park and restaurant
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams across departments
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and service quality benchmarks
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and operational improvements
- Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction
- Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve long-term business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 7–10 years of senior managerial experience in hospitality, leisure, or entertainment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to manage operations and financial performance
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Passion for hospitality and customer experience excellence
