Group HR Manager

A well-established client in Abu Dhabi is looking for a highly experienced Group HR Manager to lead HR operations across the organization, with a particular focus on managing a large blue-collar workforce in the 3PL, logistics, or transportation sector.

You’ll develop and implement HR strategies, ensure UAE Labour Law compliance, and lead a team of HR professionals to support workforce management and organizational goals at group level.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage group-wide Human Resources operations
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle and workforce management
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies
• Manage HR functions for a large blue-collar workforce
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and workforce initiatives
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the HR team

What you’ll bring:

• Proven HR management experience in 3PL, logistics, or transportation
• Experience managing large blue-collar workforces
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Male candidates only; a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration is preferred
