Guest Relation Executive

Ahalia Medical Group is looking for dedicated, customer-focused Guest Relation Executives (GRE) to join its growing healthcare team in Dubai, delivering exceptional patient experiences and supporting front office operations.

You’ll be the welcoming face of the clinic — assisting patients, coordinating with clinical teams, and maintaining the highest professional standards in a fast-paced medical environment. A Bachelor’s degree and UAE healthcare front office experience are mandatory.

What you’ll do:

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
• Assist with guest relations and front office activities
• Ensure a positive patient experience through attentive, professional support
• Coordinate with internal departments when required
• Handle patient inquiries and provide timely, accurate assistance
• Maintain a welcoming and professional clinical environment

What you’ll bring:

• A Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare reception or front office
• Currently available in the UAE
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
