A specialty coffee brand in Al Ain is on the hunt for a Head Barista who treats every cup like it matters. This isn’t just about pulling a good shot — it’s about setting the standard for the whole team and building a café experience people want to come back for.
You’ll run the floor day to day, keep quality consistent across every drink that leaves the bar, and mentor the rest of the barista team so the standards you set actually stick. A genuine passion for specialty coffee and a bit of leadership instinct will go a long way here.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and supervising the barista team through daily operations
- Preparing and serving specialty coffee beverages with consistent quality
- Calibrating equipment and dialing in espresso extraction to keep standards high
- Training baristas on brewing techniques, latte art, and customer service
- Monitoring preparation processes to make sure nothing slips
- Creating a warm, hospitality-driven atmosphere for every customer
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience as a Head or Senior Barista in a specialty coffee setting
- UAE experience preferred
- Genuine passion for coffee craft and customer experience
- Strong leadership, communication and team management ability
- Skilled in espresso extraction, manual brewing methods, and latte art
