Sustera Consultancy is recruiting an experienced Head of B2B Catering Sales for a premium catering and events business in Dubai — a high-impact leadership role for a commercially driven professional with a strong UAE network and a track record in the catering, hospitality, or luxury F&B space.

You’ll own the B2B sales strategy, acquire corporate and luxury clients, and lead commercial negotiations from first conversation through to contract — while working closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless event delivery.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute the company’s B2B catering sales strategy
  • Acquire new corporate clients, event agencies, luxury brands, and strategic partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract closure
  • Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Build and grow long-term client relationships and key accounts
  • Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure exceptional event delivery
  • Track sales performance, pipeline, revenue, and profitability against targets

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 7 years in catering, hospitality, events, or B2B sales
  • A strong professional network and deep market knowledge within the UAE
  • Background in premium catering, luxury hospitality, events, or high-end F&B
  • A consistent track record in business development and hitting commercial targets
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage
