Sustera Consultancy is recruiting an experienced Head of B2B Catering Sales for a premium catering and events business in Dubai — a high-impact leadership role for a commercially driven professional with a strong UAE network and a track record in the catering, hospitality, or luxury F&B space.
You’ll own the B2B sales strategy, acquire corporate and luxury clients, and lead commercial negotiations from first conversation through to contract — while working closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute the company’s B2B catering sales strategy
- Acquire new corporate clients, event agencies, luxury brands, and strategic partners
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract closure
- Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate commercial agreements
- Build and grow long-term client relationships and key accounts
- Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure exceptional event delivery
- Track sales performance, pipeline, revenue, and profitability against targets
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 7 years in catering, hospitality, events, or B2B sales
- A strong professional network and deep market knowledge within the UAE
- Background in premium catering, luxury hospitality, events, or high-end F&B
- A consistent track record in business development and hitting commercial targets
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage
