Delta Institutions in Dubai is looking for a knowledgeable, passionate Digital Marketing Mentor to deliver offline training sessions and guide the next generation of marketing professionals through real-world skills and industry best practices.

You’ll teach hands-on strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media, and website management — in a people-first training environment where your expertise genuinely shapes students’ careers.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver engaging offline digital marketing training sessions
• Mentor and guide students using practical, real-world marketing techniques
• Teach best practices for Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing
• Help learners understand website management and marketing analytics
• Stay current on digital marketing trends and industry developments

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Good knowledge of SEO, WordPress, social media marketing, and analytics
• Confidence in training and mentoring students of varied experience levels
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field
