Avsar Global is recruiting an experienced IT Officer on behalf of a leading IT distribution company based in JAFZA, Dubai — a great opportunity to advance your IT career in a technology-driven, fast-paced environment.
You’ll handle day-to-day IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, hardware and software troubleshooting, and IT asset management. Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange or Azure is a plus, and Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
What you’ll do:
- Provide day-to-day IT support to end users and resolve technical issues
- Administer Microsoft 365 accounts and manage user access permissions
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related problems
- Maintain and monitor IT assets, devices, and equipment
- Support IT operations while ensuring system reliability and security
What you’ll bring:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of IT support or IT operations experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Azure is an advantage
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage
