What you’ll do:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences across CRM and customer service functions
- Manage customer interactions and maintain strong client relationships
- Support contact centre operations and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Contribute to customer engagement strategies and operational excellence initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service quality and satisfaction
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in customer experience, CRM, contact centre operations, or customer service
- Team leadership experience is an advantage
- Background with leading real estate developers, prestigious brands, luxury retail, or fashion customer service preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
