Head of Physiotherapy

Saudi German Hospital is seeking an experienced, dynamic Head of Physiotherapy to lead its department in Dubai. A leadership role suited to a dedicated professional with deep clinical expertise and a passion for high-quality rehabilitation, along with a knack for mentoring a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll oversee department operations, uphold clinical excellence, and ensure top standards of patient care — a role that calls for strong leadership, organization, and communication, plus the drive to push continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the physiotherapy department for high-quality care
• Supervise rehabilitation programs and clinical best practices
• Mentor, support, and develop physiotherapy staff
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policy
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy
• Valid professional license or eligibility to practice
• Minimum 2-3 years in a physiotherapy leadership role
• UAE healthcare experience preferred
• Proven hospital leadership experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and people management skills
