Liwa Education is looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable History Teacher to join its team at the Al Mushrif Campus in Abu Dhabi, inspiring Middle and High School students through engaging and thought-provoking history lessons.
You’ll create interactive learning experiences that build critical thinking, encourage meaningful classroom discussion, and help students develop a deeper appreciation for historical events, cultures, and global perspectives.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and deliver engaging History lessons for Middle and High School students
- Encourage critical thinking and meaningful classroom discussions
- Create interactive learning experiences that enhance student engagement
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare lesson plans and learning materials aligned with curriculum requirements
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development
What you’ll bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in History, Education, or a related field
- A teaching qualification or licence is preferred
- Strong knowledge of historical events, cultures, and global perspectives
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
