ZARA HOME is expanding its Abu Dhabi retail team and looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals across three roles: Sales Assistant, Sales Supervisor, and Visual Coordinator.
You’ll help create an inviting shopping environment for customers who love home décor and lifestyle products — whether on the floor assisting shoppers, supervising the team, or maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards for one of the world’s most recognized home furnishing brands.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive, welcoming shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate product information
- Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards
- Support daily store operations including stock replenishment and inventory organization
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with team members to achieve store performance and sales targets
- Ensure the store stays clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
What you’ll bring:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- A genuine passion for home décor, interior design, and retail
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
