Job Description:
MSM Outlets is seeking a charismatic and well-presented Hostess to join our premium dining team in Abu Dhabi. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a key role in creating a welcoming environment and setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
• Manage reservations, seating charts, and guest flow efficiently
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor open dining sections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Hostess or in customer-facing F&B roles
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Professional grooming, friendly demeanor, and approachable personality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
