Al Resalah Consultancies and Training LLC in Abu Dhabi is looking for a well-organised HR Administrator / Recruiter who can handle the full spectrum of HR admin and recruitment coordination in a consultancy environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and personnel files.
- Coordinate recruitment activities from job posting through to offer stage, including interview scheduling.
- Manage onboarding activities and visa/labour documentation processing.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR systems.
- Support payroll preparation and general HR administrative functions.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments and relevant government authorities as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE HR administration experience.
- Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
