Al Resalah Consultancies and Training LLC in Abu Dhabi is looking for a well-organised HR Administrator / Recruiter who can handle the full spectrum of HR admin and recruitment coordination in a consultancy environment. If you know UAE Labour Law well and enjoy bringing structure to people processes, this could be the right next step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities from job posting through to offer stage, including interview scheduling.
  • Manage onboarding activities and visa/labour documentation processing.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR systems.
  • Support payroll preparation and general HR administrative functions.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Liaise with internal departments and relevant government authorities as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE HR administration experience.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
