You’ll manage HR operations across the full employee lifecycle and help shape a positive, productive workplace culture — grounded in solid UAE HR experience and a thorough understanding of UAE Labour Law.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing HR operations throughout the complete employee lifecycle
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding
- Ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies
- Supporting managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
- Contributing to the development of HR initiatives and best practices
What you’ll bring
- Proven HR experience within the UAE
- A strong understanding of UAE Labour Law
- Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
