HR Officer

Salem Al Shuaibi Gold & Jewellery is looking for a skilled, experienced HR Officer to join its Abu Dhabi team. If you know UAE employment regulations inside and out and genuinely enjoy supporting people and organizational growth, this role is a strong match.

You’ll manage key HR functions — recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and HR administration — while keeping everything compliant with UAE Labour Law and contributing to a positive workplace.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities
• Supporting payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
• Ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies
• Preparing HR reports, employment letters, and administrative documents
• Assisting with performance management and employee development initiatives
• Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting daily HR operations

What you’ll bring

• At least 10 years of HR experience, ideally with UAE exposure
• Arabic language skills (Jordanian candidates are especially encouraged to apply)
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
