Payroll Manager

Imtiaz Developments is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across its UAE workforce. If you’ve got deep UAE payroll experience and know how to keep things accurate and fully compliant with local labour regulations, this leadership role is worth a look.

You’ll manage the complete payroll cycle with precision and discretion, ensuring everything lines up with UAE Labour Law and company policy — real estate or construction sector experience will give you a head start.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing the complete end-to-end payroll process with accuracy and confidentiality
• Ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, WPS, EOSB, payroll taxation, and statutory regulations
• Processing payroll using Oracle HRMS or Oracle Fusion Payroll
• Maintaining payroll records and preparing payroll-related reports
• Coordinating with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll calculations
• Resolving payroll-related queries and supporting continuous process improvements

What you’ll bring

• At least 8 years of payroll management experience in the UAE
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS or Oracle Fusion Payroll
• A Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry is highly preferred
• A high level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
