Wanted Insurance Development Manager in Abu Dhabi for an Insurance Companuy
We are interested in candidates who are having not less than 5 to 7 years of experience in the same field
Experience in Recruitment, Training, Developing and handling a Team of minimum 10 -15 Direct Sales Executives
With an experience in Business Development and in Insurance Industry (Agency/Direct/Bancassurance Channels)
Should have a familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc)
They must have experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
