CNS Middle East is seeking an experienced IT Application Support Specialist fluent in Arabic to join its Abu Dhabi team. This role demands 5-10 years of hands-on experience in application support within production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for enterprise and business-critical applications.
- Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and change requests via ServiceNow.
- Investigate application issues through troubleshooting, log analysis, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Support application lifecycle activities including testing, deployments, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain application performance.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years hands-on experience in Application Support.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related discipline.
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
- ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
