Whitehats is looking for an experienced IT Support Field Engineer to join its growing Dubai team. A great fit for IT professionals with strong technical expertise in end-user support, infrastructure management, and enterprise IT environments.
You’ll provide both on-site and remote technical support, manage IT infrastructure, troubleshoot networking issues, and keep system performance reliable while delivering excellent customer service. Preference goes to candidates already based in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for Windows and macOS users
- Administer Windows Server environments and support IT infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and VLAN networks
- Support VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms
- Perform backup management and disaster recovery tasks
- Maintain firewall security, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity best practices
- Handle IT ticketing, SLA management, and customer support requests
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support or field engineering
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Experience managing Windows Server and IT infrastructure
- Able to work independently and provide excellent customer service
