Junior Accountant

LITS Services is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its Finance team in Dubai. This is a great launchpad for recent graduates or early-career accounting professionals who want real, hands-on experience in a growing IT services company.

You’ll support daily accounting activities, help with reporting and reconciliations, and build practical accounting knowledge as you go — ideal for someone with a strong learning attitude and an eye for detail.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintaining daily accounting records and handling bookkeeping activities
• Processing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting documentation
• Coordinating with vendors, banks, and internal departments
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations

What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field
• 0–1 year of accounting experience — fresh graduates welcome
• A basic grasp of accounting principles and financial statements
• Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Odoo, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, SAP Business One, or Dynamics Business Central is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn
