Vincitore Realty is looking for a results-driven, experienced Leasing Expert to manage residential and retail leasing activities across its Dubai portfolio in Arjan, maximizing occupancy and revenue through strong client relationships and expert market knowledge.
You’ll develop leasing strategies, manage negotiations from first inquiry to close, and work closely with brokers, corporate clients, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to increase occupancy and maximize revenue
- Source tenants and manage lease negotiations from inquiry through to closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, corporate clients, and market stakeholders
- Handle residential, retail, and commercial leasing activities
- Analyse market trends, rental pricing, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth leasing process
- Maintain accurate leasing records and report regularly on market performance
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate leasing experience
- Strong expertise in residential, retail, and commercial leasing
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Well-established network with brokers, corporates, and real estate stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and market trends
