PACT Employment Services is hiring a Tele Sales Executive on behalf of a leading UAE automotive group in Dubai, focusing on converting vehicle service inquiries into confirmed appointments and supporting customer retention through professional phone-based interactions.
Native Arabic speakers are preferred for this customer-facing role.
What you’ll do:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and deliver excellent service
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate automotive service solutions
- Convert inquiries into confirmed vehicle service appointments
- Respond to basic customer questions on vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Conduct follow-up calls and service reminders to improve customer retention
- Achieve sales conversion targets through effective communication and customer engagement
What you’ll bring:
- Basic knowledge of passenger vehicle servicing and periodic maintenance schedules
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
- Sales-focused mindset with the ability to hit targets
- Native Arabic speaker preferred
