A leading architectural consultancy in Dubai is looking for an accomplished Senior / Lead 3D Technical Design Specialist with advanced computational design expertise to join its technical team on landmark architectural projects across the UAE.
You’ll develop complex architectural geometries, create computational design solutions, and lead technical collaboration across multidisciplinary teams using Rhino 3D, Grasshopper, Revit, and BIM workflows. Salary up to AED 30,000/month.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the development and refinement of complex architectural geometries from concept to detailed design
- Create, test, and optimize computational design solutions for architectural projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams throughout the design process
- Develop accurate 3D models and technical documentation using industry-standard software
- Support façade technical design and detailed architectural modeling
- Contribute to innovation using advanced computational and AI-assisted design technologies
What you’ll bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven senior-level experience in technical architectural design and computational design
- Expert hands-on proficiency in Rhino 3D and Grasshopper
- Experience using Revit, BIM workflows, and façade technical design tools
- Knowledge of AI-assisted and advanced 3D visualization design technologies
