A reputable UAE law firm is urgently looking for a highly experienced, Arabic-speaking Senior Legal Advisor to join its legal team immediately, handling complex litigation, legal advisory, and court representation across multiple practice areas.
With at least 10 years of UAE law firm experience, you’ll draft legal documents, represent clients before Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Federal Courts, conduct legal research, and provide strategic guidance to clients and the firm.
What you’ll do:
- Draft legal memoranda, opinions, pleadings, statements of claim, and defense
- Prepare legal notices, court submissions, and other legal documentation
- Represent and manage cases before UAE courts and judicial authorities
- Conduct legal research and provide practical legal advice across a range of matters
- Liaise with courts, legal experts, and government authorities
- Advise clients on legal risks, dispute resolution strategies, and UAE compliance
- Participate in expert meetings and provide strategic legal recommendations
What you’ll bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher legal qualification
- Minimum 10 years of legal practice experience in a UAE law firm (mandatory)
- Extensive UAE court experience across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Federal Courts
- Strong knowledge of UAE criminal, civil, commercial, family, real estate, and procedural laws
- Experience in expert meetings, legal drafting, and regulatory compliance
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
