A leading Tier 1 Fit-Out Main Contractor in Dubai is looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer with proven GCC track record to manage planning activities for high-profile interior fit-out projects across the UAE.
You’ll develop and monitor project schedules, track progress, coordinate with project teams, and deliver planning analyses that keep prestigious projects on time and within contractual requirements. Competitive salary up to AED 25,000/month.
What you’ll do:
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules for interior fit-out projects
- Prepare detailed project planning programs and work schedules
- Track project progress and identify potential delays or risks
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for timely execution
- Prepare progress reports, schedule updates, and planning analyses
- Monitor resource allocation and project milestones
- Recommend corrective actions and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
What you’ll bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of GCC planning experience, including UAE experience
- Proven experience delivering interior fit-out projects
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
