Lifting Supervisor

Turathel is looking for a qualified, safety-focused Lifting Supervisor with extensive UAE construction experience to join its team on high-rise building construction projects in Dubai.

You’ll oversee all lifting operations on site, ensure strict compliance with approved plans and HSE regulations, and coordinate with crane operators, riggers, engineers, and site management to keep lifting activities safe and efficient. LEEA certification is mandatory.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations at construction sites
• Ensure all lifting activities comply with approved lifting plans, method statements, and HSE procedures
• Conduct pre-lift inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, engineers, and site management teams
• Monitor lifting operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution
• Maintain proper documentation related to lifting activities and safety procedures

What you’ll bring:

• 5–10 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor with UAE construction companies
• Proven experience on high-rise building construction projects
• LEEA certification (mandatory) and valid Lifting Supervisor certification
• Strong understanding of crane operations, rigging practices, and lifting plans
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
