Osphere Group is looking for confident, ambitious, and results-oriented Telesales / Sales Executives to join its growing team in Ras Al Khor, Dubai, building new business relationships and promoting the company’s wide range of services across multiple industries.

You’ll generate leads, present solutions to prospects, convert enquiries into sales, and maintain a healthy pipeline — in a performance-driven environment with strong career growth potential and a Monday–Friday work schedule.

What you’ll do:

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales calls
  • Present and promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into successful sales
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in telesales or sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused approach
  • Digital marketing knowledge is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
