Omega Seiki Mobility MENA is looking for an experienced Office Assistant – Administration to join its JAFZA, Dubai team, supporting daily office functions, coordinating with government authorities, banks, and external consultants, and handling UAE visa and immigration-related processes.
You’ll need 5–7 years of UAE admin and HR experience, along with strong coordination and organizational skills to keep operations running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate with banks, government authorities, auditors, and consultants
- Assist with HR administration and employee documentation
- Handle UAE visa and immigration-related processes and documentation
- Maintain accurate office records and administrative files
- Support internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient business operations
What you’ll bring:
- 5–7 years of UAE administration and HR experience
- Experience coordinating with banks, auditors, consultants, and government entities
- Good understanding of UAE visa and immigration procedures
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
