Luxury Tourism L.L.C is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Travel Consultant to join its Al Garhoud, Dubai team — ideal for a professional with strong UAE travel industry knowledge who is passionate about creating exceptional travel experiences for clients.
You’ll respond to enquiries, recommend tailored holiday packages, process bookings, and deliver standout service from first contact through to post-travel follow-up.
What you’ll do:
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide professional travel consultation
- Recommend and arrange holiday packages based on customer preferences
- Process hotel reservations, flight bookings, and visa assistance
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving sales targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after bookings
- Maintain accurate booking records and coordinate with travel partners as needed
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
- UAE travel and tourism experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of holiday packages, flight reservations, hotel bookings, and visa processing
- Ability to manage enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
