Logistics Planning Associate

Haier in Dubai is hiring a detail-driven Logistics Planning Associate to manage import operations and supply chain coordination across its Gulf operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse sales and stock data to support operational planning and inventory decisions.
• Create, release, and manage purchase orders in coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
• Coordinate shipments with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Manage import and trade documentation including LC, BL, CI, PL, COO, and related paperwork.
• Monitor logistics budgets, accruals, and payment processes.
• Liaise with banks, customs teams, freight partners, and clients to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare logistics reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics planning, import operations, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong command of international trade documentation and logistics processes.
• Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent follow-up, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities.
